Forgot password or User ID?

Here, input your email or phone number into the white boxes. If you use e-mail, you’ll get a message immediately with your reset password button. If you use a phone number, you’ll get a text message or automated phone call. Never share these reset codes with anyone! From there, just follow their directions.

How to create TurboTax account?

If you don’t have an account with TurboTax online yet, that’s no problem. You have the freedom to make one any time. From the Sign In screen, just click “Create an account.” all the way at the bottom the Sign In box.

Here, you’ll see another white box screen. This time, you’ll have four fields available. The top box will require your Email address. The second is your User ID, which you should keep safe. Next is phone number — this isn’t required, but is good in case you forget your password. And finally is the password itself, which you should not share with anyone.

How to contact customer service?

Contacting customer service can be done via phone by going to support.turbotax.intuit.com. First, you’ll be asked to select your product from the drop-down box, such as mobile app or online. Choose which program you are having issues with, or select “I don’t know” if you aren’t sure. From there, type your question into the next box. If the automated database doesn’t have an answer, you’ll be given a phone number to call and speak to a TurboTax agent.
