AT&T are one of the world’s largest providers of mobile phones, internet services, and television packages.
Logging into ATT online using your personal details will enable you to change your personal information, and access other personal information.
ATT login page
To login to AT&T online, you will first need to have an account. Visit att.com, or access the company’s service via their Yahoo page at att.net.
On the sign in page, enter your user ID, and the password that you chose when your first registered. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access the following information for free:
- Manage ‘my account‘ details, such as your information and passwords
- Edit communication and admin settings, pay bills, or reset your password
- Change your personal information that you use for AT&T services, such as your email or home address
Forgot username or password
If you have forgotten your ID, you will need to provide the company with some of the basic information that you provided in order to recover your password. Firstly, you will need to visit the main sign in page, and follow the relevant links. You will then be taken to a separate page.
You will be prompted to enter the email address that you registered to your account. Once you have entered this information, click ‘continue‘, and follow the on-screen instructions on how to reset your login details.
If you have forgotten the password that you use when you login, you will be able to recover this by following the instructions on the AT&T website. Firstly, visit the main sign in page on your browser, and click on ‘forgot your password‘. You will then need to enter the user ID that you use with your account. Once you have completed this process, remember to log out of the website in case you share your computer and someone wants to login as a different user.
How to create new account
The type of account that you create will depend on what service you use from the company. You will be presented with two options when trying to sign up for a new account. If you use wireless home phone services, choose the ‘wireless‘ option, or choose ‘home, phone, internet, and digital TV‘ if you use DSL or dial internet.
Once you have selected your account type, you will need to enter your billing ZIP code, and follow the information on-screen.
