  1. I can’t log into the website. Can’t make an account. I don’t understand why you charge .50 to check your balance. Plus charge $1.00 for every transaction. You are a very impersonal unprofessional company and I will be canceling my account with you as soon as my last direct deposit hits. I will NEVER come back to your company. Truly a crappy company and bank. I’m done with you.

  2. This is ……!!! Everytime I try to log in to get my balance it tells me my info is wrong…could this be so I will call for my balance and get a .50 charge for doing so?? I’ve not had trouble with this card til now and this makes me extremely leery. Get your shit together tech department and quit ripping people off fifty cent at a time.

  5. I’ve recently gotten a card in the mail and activated it so that I could use it for direct deposit. Everytime I try and go online to see my balance it says wrong information. I highly do not recommend this card to anyone because you never know what’s going on in the world. Could be scammers, I work really hard for my money and I want to be able to know its safe! Please fix ASAP!!!

  6. Cannot log onto the website. It says my information was wrong. Tried resetting my password & it STILL won’t let me log on. It is saying all of my information is wrong. It’s very frustrating. Now I have to pay 50 cents to call them to make sure that my money is being deposited. All they want is your money. Not recommending.

I got my new card and I can not even check my balance. the site tells me over and over my info is wrong . this happens five times then closes me out like this is not my account . if I call you charge me sounds like a scam this s….. to anybody thinking of using this card I would tell you to find another

  10. Havent been able to log into my account for weeks because the website is always down, so I have to resort to being charged $.50 everytime I call in to make sure my deposits were made. Save yourself the money and the trouble and dont bother with this bank/debit card. Not worth it.

  13. I cannot even. create an online account for myself . I cannot do it because it asks for your card number and I have a lost card and I need another way to identify myself like a social security number or something. I need to create an online account so I can review the transactions that have been made by an unauthorized Purchaser.
