CitiCards provide a range of services on their website, and you will be able to log in and view information about any mortgages, credit cards, or bank accounts that you hold with the company. By logging into the Citi website, you will be able to pay bills, access customer rewards, view any recent activity, and contact a customer representative if you have a query about your online or mobile account. There are separate Citi websites for residents of the USA and India.
CitiCards login account online
To log in to the Citi website, you will need to visit www.citicards.com, and click on the “sign on to” button, which is located in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
On the login page, you will be prompted to enter your user ID and password, which you were provided with when you first registered with the company.
You can also specify which page you want to taken to once you have logged in.
The options are:
- Home
- Activity
- Make a payment
- Balance transfer
- Credit limit increase
Other options on the login page include a ‘Remember my ID‘ option.
Forgot PIN or Password
If you have forgotten your login details, you will need to click on the ‘Forget User ID or Password‘ option on the login page. If you have a bank account or credit card with Citi, you will need to enter your debit or credit card number.
You will then be sent instructions on how to how to log in to the website via email. If you have a mortgage with Citi, and don’t have a debit or credit card with the company, you will need to enter your email address, and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your user ID or password.
Online Banking registration
If you are trying to register a credit card, you will need to have your credit card, security word, and the last four digits of your social security number to hand. If you are trying to register your bank details with the company, you will need to provide your debit card number, PIN code, and the last four digits of your social security number.
Once you have entered this information, you will receive confirmation via email on how to log in to the Citi website.
If you encounter a problem when trying to log in to the Citi website, the system is down, or experience an error when resetting your User ID or password, you will be able to contact a customer representative via phone, email, or by using the integrated chat feature on www.citi.com.
