To get started, fill in the ‘Client Identification‘ form using your Social Security Number, your 8-digit Brokerage Account Number assigned by Schwab, and your age and contact details. For clarifications concerning enrolment, click the ‘Don’t have a Social Security Number?‘ quick-link, which takes you to the FAQs section: https://www.schwab.com/public/schwab/nn/pl_help/online_enrollment_help.html. Proceed to step 2 of your enrolment, where you are required to provide your current accounts and positions, sorting and ordering them according to how you’d like them to appear in your list. Subsequently, follow the instructions on the ‘ID/Password Setup‘ form, make a note of your authentication information, and continue to the ‘Confirmation‘ form, where you are required to double-check the information provided prior to submitting it.

If you’ve forgotten your password and are experiencing login problems, use the ‘Customer Center Login‘ form mentioned above and look for the ‘Forgot your Password?‘ quick-link on the login form. As you click this link, you should be directed to:
